Frequently Answered Questions

Here’s a short list of some of the most common questions we get. In case you don’t find your answer, feel free to get in touch with us.

Simply put, many web developers want to either provide the minimum or overcharge you (typically both). Large companies charge you more than you pay for, since they have higher overhead from enterprise software that are meant for very large organizations. Milvian’s pricing is transparent and fair- you get what you pay for.

– Website design and development (WordPress-focused)
– Website redesigns and performance optimization
– Hosting setup, domain, and email configuration
– Ongoing maintenance and support
– SEO and site analytics setup

We’re more than happy to provide free estimates! You can get in touch at our contact page, where we’ll work together to figure out what you need. Afterward, we can typically give you an estimate within 2 to 24 hours.

We generally work with small businesses, nonprofits, parishes, and individuals who want a professional web presence without enterprise-level complexity or pricing.

Most sites take 2-5 weeks overall, depending on scope, content readiness, and revision cycles. After that, we provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Yes. You fully own your website, domain, and content. Basically, there’s no lock-in for you to worry about.

We accept credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. However, if you’re looking to use another payment solution, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to accommodate where possible.

Our goal is to support you- so the payment structure is adjustable per client. Typically, we go by the following payment plan:
– 50% down payment on start of development
– 50% at site launch
– Maintenance fee charged immediately at site launch, then renewing. (Monthly or yearly)

Organizations that operate on behalf of, or in support of, the Catholic Church receive a 20% discount on initial development fees (does not apply to costs incurred by third-party payments).

Veteran-owned organizations receive a 10% discount on initial development fees (does not apply to costs incurred by third-party payments).

Note, these discounts do not stack.
